We neither sell nor share your personal information with any outside company (s) or third parties. Your personal information, billing and shipping addresses, contact and credit card information is taken only to process and expedite your order. We respect your privacy by not sharing or selling it.

We encourage you to sign up for our phone / e-mailing list; it would keep you informed of the latest magazine arrivals and additions, advance notice of in store or on line sales and other related information (activities). You will always have the option to add or remove your name form this lists anytime you like.

Store Policies: regarding Shipping, Return / Refund & Claim (Liabilities)

Regarding Shipping:

Although we use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS etc.) for shipping your orders but delays / damage / lost parcels may occur occasionally. It is very rare that such a thing will happen but never-the-less it can happen. We assume no responsibility, and cannot be held responsible for refund or claim, for any such eventuality by carrier once an order parcel is handed over to them with a proper shipping label.

Ground and Express shipping charges includes tracking, (delivery confirmation) and insurance up to $100 but Standard shipping does not include insurance, it can be purchased at a little extra cost at your separate request by e-mail.

We will only be able to provide you with proof of shipping / tracking number / delivery confirmation or any other proof we can, to follow up with the carrier, from your end.

Regarding Returns and Refunds:

Being the content and time sensitive nature of magazines all sales are final, no returns will be accepted or refunds given under any circumstances once the order is shipped / delivered by hand / picked up in store.

 If we put a wrong label or address on the parcel, our responsibility will only be limited to replacement of magazine(s) or refund to the extent of the total amount charged to you, at our discretion.

Regarding Claims and Liabilities:

 We shall not be liable to the customer or any other party for any direct, indirect, consequential loss of business /sales /profit /goodwill etc., on account of any delay / non receipt / discontinuation of ordered or subscribed magazine(s) from its publisher / whole seller / distributor or for losing / wrong delivery in transit /shipping by carrier company or due to any act of omission or commission by us / our employees /carrier company.

For any fault of ours, our liability will only be limited to refunding actual cost of issue(s) missed /lost by the customer.

 

By placing an order with us for shipment on line or in store, the customer confirms having read and agreed to (with) our Store Policies as mentioned above.
